Spanx Swim Suits

>> Thursday, March 25, 2010

Beach season is coming up and I have been craving a fashionable, flattering and flirty one piece.

That's right! I haven't worn a one piece since I've been about 8 years old, but that is not for lack of trying. I just haven't found the right mix yet. That is, until now.

Introducing............Spanx by Sara Blakely.

Let's see some of these adorable, tasteful and more importantly, shape controlling suits..
My favorite part about these swim suits is their flattering and body shaping elements. Each suit is made to look good on women!!

Here is a direct quote from Ms. Sara Blakely:

"Since I grew up in Florida, I've always been a beach lover with a drawer full of swimsuits. Unfortunately, most of these suits seemed to squeeze and pinch in all the wrong places. So, I was inspired to create a comfortable, slimming and stylish swimwear for myself and for all of the SPANX fans who have been asking for it for years."

This is the swim suit I would purchase without a doubt!! I love the gathering under the bust line, the placement of the straps and the fact that this swimsuit is absolutely PERFECT for sunbathing. I am one of those sunbathers who take off my straps so I don't get the tan line and then desperately hug the rest of my swimsuit so it doesn't fall off.

- Buying online is always scary. Spanx's 100% guarantee makes it a bit less scary, but still, it is nice to see how it looks on you before purchasing
- Price! These are high quality expensive bathing suits. Each one piece goes for $178.

- Each onepiece comes with a lightweight inner body shaper to flatten the tummy, smooth the back and slim love handles.
- Made with soft premium Italian jersey.
- The leg openings are made specifically to prevent bulges.
- There is adequate built in support for your breast region.

**Spanx also has sells body shapers, bras and panties, shaping sheers and tights and spanx for Men at various price ranges. Check them out!!

I had no idea they made swim suits. I'm going in to take a peek and make a purchase. I swore this year, i'd be in a bikini at the beach, but it's always nice to have a back up plan (especially because i am 100% sure, i will NOT be in that bikini by summer time)

I love the black swimsuit it is more attractive but i think if i used it under the sun it is not that advisable cause we all know dark colors absorbs heat.
